Title:Maintenance Technician

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

WORK LOCATION: Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm counties.

Salary: $20/hr.

Qualifications and Competencies 

• Reliable personal transportation.
• Pass FDLE Level II criminal background check (fingerprint) and drug screening.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Performing the duties of this position requires the ability to walk, sit, stand, reach, talk, hear, and lift materials, including equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting routine maintenance in all offices and sites to keep them clean and operational.
• Responsible for answering maintenance requests throughout the agency.
• Responsible for assembling furniture and equipment for GA use.
• Supervise work performed by outside vendors.
• All other duties as assigned.
