Position Objective: Seeking an Agile Coach/Scrum Master to join our team with CDC/DMAC (Data Modernization Accelerator at CDC).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 8 years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team.
• 5 years of experience with JIRA.
• Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management.
• Experience with teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Scrum Master related Certification
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 8 years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team
• 5 years of experience with JIRA

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active CDC badge preferred
• Knowledge of the project management framework
• Possession of excellent problem-solving skills, to provide technical assistance to IT development teams.
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers
