Position Objective: The DMAC STLT Engagement Team is seeking a Developer. The Developer will design, develop, and implement low-code/no-code solutions by using out-of-the-box features to create custom pages, site templates, features, and web sites using ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customize and brand application web sites, configure dashboards, create workflows, and customize lists, pages, and forms.

• Write custom code to create and deploy solutions as needed.

• Support installation and configuration of product instances in cloud environments.

• Foster user adoption by demonstrating features and technologies to clients to convert business requirements into concrete solutions.

• Document system processes and procedures in a clear manner.

• Review and provide feedback on client requirements and follow internal and client-specific protocols used to document, design and develop product solutions.

• Follow and communicate best practices for efficient, adaptable and client-centered development of web sites, templates, structure, and taxonomy required to develop and implement solutions.

• Participate in all facets of the Agile software development life cycle including requirements elicitation and documentation; eliciting and incorporating client feedback; adapt and solution changes in priorities; provide size and time estimates for user stories, identify and communicate roadblocks and risks; provide and support system and acceptance testing; deployment and post-deployment support; and training, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1 year(s) of experience developing custom ServiceNow, Salesforce OR Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications 
• HS diploma or GED 

• Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform environmental data sourcing and management of components, including connectors, gateways, and Office 365 integrations 

• Ability to design and implement Dashboards using Microsoft Power BI 

• Ability to design and implement cloud flows, desktop flows, or business process flows using Microsoft Flow and Power Automate 

• Ability to work with REST APIs and general web technologies, including AngularJS, SPFX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

• Experience working on Agile projects and using Agile tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps 

• Experience developing products using GIT 

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with non-technical and technical staff
• Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
