Provide services as an Administrator in support of the overall functions of the Health Portfolio PMT within GAP Solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with members of the Health Portfolio team to fulfill requests and ensure that projects meet contractor and client standards.
• Collaborate with other company functional departments and staff members as needed to see assignments through completion.
• Carry out a variety of administrative tasks, such as creating spreadsheets and trackers, and assisting in the preparation of deliverables, and project plans.
• Research, extract and summarize data in order to update and maintain past performance information in approved document formats.
• Work cross-functionally with team members from across the company.
• Gather and enter data into relevant trackers, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Participate in team calls/meetings to discuss assigned task status.
• Assist in the planning and development of management processes and make recommendations for improvement recommendations.
• Understand the basics of federal government contracting.
• May take on additional projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• HS Diploma and 2 years of college education

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with non-technical and technical staff.
• Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
