Available Dispatch Shifts:

• Part-time Friday & Saturday - all shifts working 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Full-time Monday - Friday: all shifts working 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation: $18.69 / hour

About the Job:

• Excellent customer service is always top priority.
• Handle a large amount of multi-line phone traffic, radio transmissions
• Handle to 911 emergency situations
• Monitor CCTV which includes 375 cameras across all client locations
• Monitor card access systems
• Remote access control - opening gate and across all client locations
• Rapid Response to Alarm alerts including fire alarms
• Other duties as assigned

About the Qualifications:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Minimum 1 years of dispatch experience
• Ability to learn quickly
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least 6 months security experience, law enforcement, or military
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Kansas City KS professional security license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Have reliable transportation
• Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
