Armed Field Service Supervisor
**This is a driving post. Must be 21 years of age or older with a clean driving record**
Pay: $22.00 / HR
Must have open availability.
A GardaWorld Security FSS must represent GardaWorld’s four core values of Integrity, Truth, Vigilance, and Respect while performing the following duties: GardaWorld FSSs are responsible for working directly with the MSS, CSM, Project Managers and Site Supervisors to develop schedules, manage schedules, fill open shifts and oversee the Special Response and Flex Officers. They are an operational employee of the company responsible for inspections, training, scheduling, delivery of uniforms and equipment. They must be knowledgeable of all company and client policies as well as contract specifications. Additionally, when the situation dictates the FSS will work posts. MAINTAIN CONTACTABILITY AND MAXIMUM FLEXABILITY IN SCHEDULING. UNDERSTANDING OF REQUIREMENTS TO COVER AN OPEN POST DUE TO EMERGENCIES.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Staff Management:

• Active Florida State Class D & G License

Communicate staffing needs to branch office; assist recruiters in identifying, interviewing and hiring quality candidates.

Assure that employee grievances are heard and resolved (with help from appropriate support employees, as required).

Assure communication of policies, company announcements and job openings through a consistently updated read or pass on file at each site.

Provides the basis of a great place to work by treating staff with respect.

Cultivate a culture of engagement among the workforce

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Must have a clean driving record.

Performance Metrics: The Field Supervisor is expected to achieve the following metrics within WhelanGardaWorld’s performance-based business environment:

• 100% of shifts covered by qualified personnel at all accounts during the responsible shift
• Personnel inspections and training of personnel to all accounts during the responsible shift
• Personnel recruiting to ensure full staffing levels
• Personally recruit a minimum of one new supervisor for the branch annually
• Develop a minimum of one Special Response Officers for promotion annually
• Become proficient in all company software systems (on-boarding, scheduling, financial)
• 100% compliance to the GardaWorld Mandatory Requirements
• Lead by example of living up to the GardaWorld Values
