Position Overview :

• As a FOH (Front of House) Team Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. You’ll treat guests like old friends;
• warmly welcoming them in, taking care of their every need, and ensuring a positive dining experience. You’ll work as both Cashier and Expediter;

answering phones, helping customers with catering orders, packing up orders when they’re ready, and keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized.

Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service. Ensure that every guest, every time, leaves happier than when they arrived.
• Handle financial transactions accurately; keep our registers secure.
• Answer customer inquiries about our menu, suggestively upsell our specials and address customer concerns courteously.
• Prepare and assemble orders according to established recipes and procedures.
• Collaborate kindly with your team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role in the food industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and follow instructions diligently.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
