As a Business Development Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business leads through cold calling and effectively communicate our products or services to potential clients. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with market trends and customer needs. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties

• Efficient inbound/outbound call management to gain new growth for the dealership by scheduling appointments.
• Encourages clients to visit the dealership by providing timely and polite service over the phone, via text, or via email.
• Complete tasks to contribute to overall success for the team, department, and organization.
• Meet individual and team goals set by and with management.
• Maintain and improve product or dealer knowledge through dealer provided learning and communication channels.
• Communicates effectively with customers, fellow employees, and managers in a timely and professional manner.
• Other tasks as assigned.

A successful Business Development Center Associate needs the product knowledge, professionalism and empathy that customers look for today. Communication is extremely important in a sales department as it contributes to team-building with all dealership departments.

Education and/or Experience

• Automotive Dealership Experience helpful
• Retail experience helpful
• Bilingual is a Plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in retail math and inventory control is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
