Gardens of Euclid Beach is now Euclid Beach Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 150-bed facility providing long-term care, skilled rehabilitation, intensive outpatient care, and memory care.
We are seeking a full-time and part-time Dietary Aide to join our team. The hours are 4pm-8pm!

Our Dietary Aides are committed to ensuring that all meals prepared are nutritional for our residents. You will be helping to ensure that our facility is top-rated and a wonderful place to work and live.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Servicing of daily meals according to menu plan, and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Able to manage portion control, insuring proper preparation of select foods to meet individual need
- Demonstrates close attention to detail
- Demonstrates organizational skills
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of regulatory requirements as related to food preparation, serving, delivery and storage
- Demonstrates competency with maintaining kitchen safety and infection control principles
- Able to communicate appropriately with a diverse group of individuals including residents, family members, facility staff and persons
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be available to work weekends
