Maple Gardens is seeking a full-time Maintenance Director. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen careers.

Job Functions and Requirements:

• Ability to understand the policies and procedures of the department
• Must be very handy and able to do repairs
• Conduct interviews and hire for the department
• Assist with regulations and upkeep of the state regulations
• Knowledge on how to do all repairs in the building
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Maintain care and use of the supplies and equipment
• May be required to lift, push, pull, and move equipment
• Attend staff meeting as directed

Qualifications of Maintenance Director:

• High school graduate or GED
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• 3 years of maintenance experience is required
