Garden OB/GYN is seeking a candidate with well-rounded Human Resources experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities-

• Works closely with Management team to set, improve and implement company policies and procedures
• Responsible for determining the staffing requirements and objectives of the company and deliver full life-cycle recruiting
• Identify internal candidates for open positions and succession planning
• Prepares employees onboarding by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Assist with multi-location payroll and Time & Attendance processing
• Responsible for creating/maintaining various HR documents and communications.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
• Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
• Maintains employee benefits programs while informing employees of benefits
• Disciplining/Terminating employees
• Understanding of federal and state employment regulations, strong familiarity with wage and hour regulations

• Strong and detailed follow-up skills
• Able to work independently, accurately and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google
• Excellent coordination and scheduling abilities
• Will be responsible for handling a variety of HR related tasks and will provide clerical support as needed
