We are looking for a leader that has a strong strategic mindset, likes taking on big challenges, and has a desire to be promoted into a general manager role. Having an existing network within the DoD and other defense OEMs is a big plus. This position must be on-site at our facility in Northern Ohio. Relocation assistance will be provided. *Responsibilities:* * Participation in proposal efforts and deriving technical solutions, including leading the statement of work and work breakdown structure for documenting the program budget and milestone deliverables * Establish, track and be accountable for project resources, costs, and schedule with leadership and our customers. * Monitor the product specification and cost of goods, with tight controls on customer requirement changes, creating change orders, and communicating them with our customers. * Lead, manage, and communicate all project risks. * Facilitate Project and Manufacturing Process Design Review(s) for internal and external stakeholders. * Lead in the creation, execution, and tracking of project schedules and customer deliverables. _*To apply: Please cut-and-paste the following link and follow the instructions:*_ https://go.cultureindex.com/s/MFWIDCP105 *Qualifications:* * MS or BS in electrical engineering, computer engineering, and 8 years related engineering experience. * Experience in program management or project leadership * Experience in industry such as Aerospace, Defense, or other regulated industry is desired. * Experience in governmental contracting is desired. * Demonstrated ability to work on a team with other departments to collectively meet the organizations and customer’s needs. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Demonstrated time management and project management skills. * Strong oral and written communication skills * Must possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint Essential functions are the primary job responsibilities which an employee must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation.
