Your Purpose: Partner with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of retail kiosk operations, including team management and ensuring high-quality service and sales performance. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience, uphold rigorous standards, and contribute to the success of Gardyn's first pop-up store.

To nail your job you will: 

  • Drive Sales Performance

    • Actively engage with customers, offering expert product knowledge and addressing inquiries to drive sales and foster customer loyalty.

    • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets, significantly contributing to the store's overall performance.

    • Participate in and lead promotional activities and events to attract and retain customers, enhancing foot traffic and sales.

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

    • Guide customers throughout their shopping experience, offering personalized and attentive service at every step.

    • Facilitate sales and cultivate long-term relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional satisfaction.

    • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that excites customers about becoming part of the Gardyn community.

  • Ensure Successful Launch and Smooth Operation of Gardyn's First Pop Up Store

    • Work closely with the store team, providing ongoing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.

    • Contribute to planning and executing store operations, including staffing schedules, payroll, plant maintenance, and promotional activities.

    • Ensure the store remains clean and all Gardyn units are meticulously maintained, creating an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment.

  • You possess organization and planning skills to lead and manage the full Retail operation.

  • You are passionate about plants and committed to fostering healthy living through Gardyn's mission and values.

  • You have a strong ability to maintain financial controls, analyze financial data, and drive sales to meet margin targets.

  • You possess a strong understanding of technology, particularly IoT-based applications in everyday life.
