Job description

We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our busy family practice in Cranston, RI. Position would be FULL TIME..

Enthusiastic, ambitious and responsible person sought for a FULL TIME dental assisting position. X Ray certification required. Ability to take diagnostic quality digital X Rays and communicate with patients. Our ideal candidate would excel with interpersonal skills, provide excellent customer service, have a clear speaking voice, an energetic personality, hardworking, and have the ability to multitask. Eagelsoft knowledge recommended but not required. Our office is fully digital.The duties of this job are, but not limited to:

- Four-handed chair-side assisting during a variety of dental procedures

- Provide post operative instructions and patient education

- Comfortable with all aspects of general dentistry

- Take dental radiographs and be able to take images with an intra-oral camera

- Help patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment

- Maintain strict compliance with infection control, OSHA and HIPAA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
