Quick & Dirty Job Description:
- Organize plan rehab projects on properties
- Manage contractors and subs within budget
- Help find new projects to work on upon completion
- $65,000 - $80,000 total compensation (can be customized package to include benefits important to you)
- Autonomy is a big deal here - you won't be micromanaged
- Real estate experience is helpful, but not required
- The job is "on-site" daily - unfortunately, remote work isn't available
- Majority of projects will be within 2-3 miles of Downtown Columbia
- Company has a small team of 5 people, but this position will work directly with the owner of the company
- Most of the job will be interviewing contractors, getting bids or quotes, and lots of time sourcing materials
- Flexibility is required. "This isn't part of my job" doesn't work in this company.
- We want to do fun, creative projects that bring more culture to Columbia!
- The kind of person that does what they say they're going to do
- 2 years of construction-related project management experience
- 4-year college degree
- Willing to work "On-Site" in downtown Columbia M-F & occasional weekends
- Working in a small business - flexibility is important to us!
