Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant's front end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate front end staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Oversee the reservation systems for standard dining and banquet dining events
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Oversee inventory control and ordering supplies as needed

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
