What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Gateway Fund Raising Service?
Part-time Bookkeeper 1-2 days per week. Familiar with Sage/Business Works experience and good communication skills.
Full charge of BK, prepare and close monthly financial reports – balance sheet & income statement, inventory reconciliation, reconcile bank statements, GL JE.
Year-end prep to CPA, AR collections, knowledge in preparing business property statements, and other state/federal statements requirements.
Review monthly/quarterly sales tax, PR, AR & AP. Backup PR & AR, reporting sales tax.
