Gateway Group Personnel is Hiring a Director of Finance And Operations Near Memphis, TN
Responsible for providing financial direction and support to enable the success of the Division’s Business Units. Safeguard the Company's assets through the maintenance of effective transaction processing systems and internal control systems. Report and analyze current and forecast financial results and provide advice and counsel to management.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Support BU and Division leadership through ad hoc financial analysis of new growth opportunities, both for internal investments as well as acquisitions and partnerships.
- Maintain the company's financial records in accordance with GAAP. Develop accounting policies, procedures, and transaction processing systems and controls to safeguard the company's assets. Develop reporting systems that meet local and corporate management's requirements. Develop tools and procedures for pricing products and jobs.
- Provide financial analysis sufficient to manage the business.
- Provide support to Business Unit Controllers and Management as required. Lead or support projects focused on improvement the reliability and efficiency of existing financial tools as required to improve the financial department operations.
- Manage cash through the effective management of receivables, payables, and short term borrowing.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Minimum requirement of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance.
· Financial leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is required
· International experience is a plus.
