Job Purpose: Ensure efficient and smooth operations for excellent guest satisfaction. Respond in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Perform accurate check-in and check-outs of guests, daily
• Organize nightly audit paperwork and turn over system to the next day
• Perform hourly rounds of property and document findings
• Answer telephone in a timely fashion
• Provide mutually beneficial solutions to guest complaints
• Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift to ensure that everything balances at the end of shift

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-year hotel experience preferred
• Customer Service experience 
• Ability to handle cash 

• Repetitive motions of standing up and moving about the facility, prolonged standing, sitting or walking based on guest needs 
• Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
