- Understand customer's needs and provide customized solutions
- Build a book of business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly load/margin goals
- Generate your own leads using prospecting tools
- Stay current on market trends to offer best rates to customers
- Maintain high standards of customer service and carrier processes, with support from an Operations Specialist
- GED required; college degree preferred but not essential
- Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
- Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
- Build and maintain relationships with people over the phone
- Self-motivated and dedicated team player with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience welcome but not required -- we provide training from the ground up!
