Compensation
Bachelor's Degree : $21.30 - $23.38 per hour
Master's Degree : $23.10 - $25.18 per hour

Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate services for families enrolled in the program
Oversee all aspects of service provision for youth
Facilitate all Child and Family Team Meetings (CFT) and ensuring all relevant participants are included
Input and update all necessary documentation where appropriate in identified timeframes
Communicate with all necessary providers and supports related to the planning and care for youth / families
Fulfill other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services related field with 4 years’ experience providing supportive services to children and their families
Current NYS Driver’s License and personal vehicle
Ability to build rapport with youth based on healthy boundaries, effective communication and mutual respect
Ability to exercise discretion and judgement in decision making
Ability to demonstrate sensitivity, compassion, patience, and active listening
Ability to effectively work with individuals from a diverse array of cultural backgrounds, beliefs, customs, and lifestyles
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Services related field with 2 years’ experience providing supportive services to children and their families
