Description
Gateway Rehab in Waynesburg, PA is looking for a PRN Driver who is responsible for completing transportation requests. This position receives frequent supervision and instruction.
Responsibilities
- Completes the daily transportation requests made by staff, and post office pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor gateway vehicles including oil changes & inspections.
- Performs some mailroom duties as needed.
- Assist with counselor technician duties when not transporting.
- Attends mandatory GRC in-services and trainings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to drive a car or van.
- Ability to communicate well with others.
- Good listening skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimal maintenance skills.
Additional Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Pass PA Criminal Background Check
- Obtain Child Abuse and FBI Clearances
- Pass Drug Screen
- TB Test
Work Conditions
- Drug and Alcohol Rehab Center
- Office Environment
- Favorable working conditions with the exception of inclement weather driving.
- Physical demands include lifting of moderate amounts of weight and sitting for extended periods.
- Moderate mental demands include assurance of well-maintained vehicles and adapting to schedule changes.
