Landscaping experience preferred

Essential Functions:

· Ability to lift lawn care products and/or equipment, up to 80 lbs.

· Ability to run a core aerator according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Experience with a bark blower is a plus

· Communicate clearly with customers and co-workers in a professional, positive, and supportive manner.

· Maintain neat and clean vehicle/equipment.

· Record daily production accurately on your time sheet.

· Conduct business with honesty and integrity.

· Attend safety meetings.

Work Environment:

· Working predominantly outside in a variety of weather conditions (sun/heat, rain).

· Some indoor work requires performing equipment maintenance and administrative tasks.

· The lawn care is a fast-paced division that experience extremely busy, stressful times in the spring, early summer, and fall. You can expect to work long hours (45 hours or more per week) during the spring and fall.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

· Adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

· Maintain a MA DOT Medical Card

· Operate a stand on and walk behind core aerator and assist with the topdressing operations using a bark blower.

· Review invoices to determine equipment and product needs; complete invoices with customer notes.

· Communicate with customers and management regarding your accounts and address our customer’s needs in a proactive manner.

· Anticipate our customer’s current and future needs, and up sell accordingly.

· Perform basic maintenance on aerators and bark blower and arrange for repair or service of equipment, when necessary.

· Organize work on a daily/weekly basis; ensure equipment is ready for use.

· Complete paperwork detailing product usage and hours worked.

· Meet management goals for productivity and customer satisfaction on your route.

· Attend required meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
