Location: (Work from Home) -Must live on the Big Island of Hawai'i

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operations within our company. The position offers the flexibility to work from home with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Preference will be given to candidates residing on the Big Island.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Analytics: Accurately enter and analyze data related to job tracking, expenditures, and invoices.
  • Job Tracking: Cross-reference job assignments with each employee's time spent on tasks, ensuring accurate job tracking.
  • Discrepancy Monitoring: Monitor and address discrepancies in workers' reports and data entries.
  • Monthly Expenditures: Compile monthly expenditure data and submit it to the accountant for review.
  • Redline Reports: Communicate with the accountant regarding redline reports and necessary corrections.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Maintain and manage spreadsheets for various company records.
  • Cost Coding: Accurately code costs associated with different projects.
  • SINC App Utilization: Ensure all employees properly log their time and utilize the SINC app effectively. Provide support and follow-ups to ensure compliance.
  • Confidentiality: Handle all company information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel and Adobe.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and use the SINC app effectively.
  • Strong background in bookkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
