Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of Just Energy, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, understanding their energy needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their energy requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Educate customers on Just Energy's products, services, and benefits.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the energy sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
