Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Ensure proper merchandising and stock management
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order necessary supplies
- Train and onboard new employees
- Create employee schedules
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement store policies

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly desirable
- Previous experience as a store clerk or in a similar retail role
- Leadership abilities with experience supervising a team
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock, inventory, and schedules effectively
- Experience in sales management or related field is preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
