Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts. You will utilize your sales expertise to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Duties
- Conduct warm calls and emails to prospective clients to generate leads and secure meetings
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and account management to ensure client satisfaction
