Currently hiring for our Medication Management Team.
Tasks may include: scheduling intakes, rescheduling follow ups, completing prior authorizations, collecting copays, mailing discharge notices, and other non-clinical administrative tasks related to supporting a Nurse Practitioner.
Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year clerical/office work required
• Willingness to train and learn each day
• Strong customer service skills and excellent at working with a variety of clientele
• Comfortable answering phone calls live and talking to patients on the phone
• Ability to Multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Exercise good judgment
• Excellent computer skills with experience using Google Suite and electronic medical databases
• Must be a self-starter while also able to work as part of a team
