What You Will Do
- Provide in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations of our IDology solutions
- Assist in the technical aspects of bids and proposals
- Address and resolve client concerns regarding product integration and customization
- Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends to advise and inform the sales team and clients effectively
- Learn and develop a deep understanding of IDology solutions.
- Attend all company sponsored training sessions and apply learned techniques and new products to sales opportunities.
- Market and Industry Knowledge- Extensive knowledge of the identity, fraud, and risk markets and corresponding solutions and use cases
- Technical Expertise- Strong background in SaaS platforms, particularly in identity, fraud, and verification sectors
- Problem-Solving- Aptitude for identifying client needs and crafting custom solutions
- Collaborative Spirit- Team player with the ability to work across different departments to achieve sales and client satisfaction goals
- Strong computer and web proficiency including experience with Word, Excel, and Salesforce.com or other web-based sales automation tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a fast-paced team environment.
