About us
We are looking to add more employees to our salesforce. We manage two companies including a tree service and a roofing company. We have an invincible strategy that involves door knocking in the neighborhoods where our crews are already working. We are looking for people with experience in door to door sales. Schedule is: M-F 6pm-8pm and Weekends 9 am-8pm. You must be willing to walk and knock on doors. Pay is commission based and rigorous training will be offered.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. Duties:
- Actively engage in sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation.

- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry (Roofing or Tree service)
- Strong ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Demonstrated skills in business development and market analysis.
- Prior experience with technology sales tools like Salesforce is advantageous.
