We are growing from 1,400 to 3,500 doors under management in the next 4 years. This type of growth requires a Client Services Manager with experience managing real estate investors(our clients) that own 1-11 scattered or small multi family properties around the Chicagoland area. The right candidate can help the team grow their level of expertise, and should be someone that wants to level up their career.
Role Overview:
The Client Services Manager will lead a team directly responsible for managing the day to day communication with the real estate investors we manage for. You will lead your team on all aspects of the rental cycle including navigating high-pressure situations while maintaining positive relationships. You will have a team to collaborate with that includes a leasing team, maintenance team, collections team, and a customer service team to help you succeed; but you will own the results. With our portfolio set to double in size over the next three years, we want growth minded team members that need personal growth in order to be happy.
