Join Our Team as a Residential Maintenance Technician!

We mix hands-on work with modern technology. If you're great at repairs and always have your smartphone handy, we want you!

What We Offer:

• Pay: $20-$25 per hour.
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 40 hours a week.
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, optional life and AD&D, paid holidays, 401k plans, PTO, and more!
• Weekly Gas Money: Up to $150.

What You'll Do:

• Work at different places around Chicago, doing various maintenance jobs. You will work in scattered sites.
• Fix things in homes, like carpentry, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Stay in touch with the office using your phone.
• No need to clock in or out at the office. Finish your tasks and head home.
• Use apps to document your work, take photos, and close work orders quickly.

What We Need from You:

• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or HVAC.
• Your own vehicle, tools, and a valid driver's license.
• Love for maintenance and interest in technology.
• Comfortable using mobile tech for work
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Team player with good communication skills
