• Ensure all entries are posted to the general ledger in an accurate and timely manner and prepare management reports for the assigned sets of books
• Performs monthly accruals, reversals and bank reconciliation
• Prepares monthly AP Aging report, prepayment schedule of assigned business units, and payment clearing
• Prepares financial reports for shareholders and financial statements as required by government regulatory body (SEC)
• Responding to financial inquiries, both external and internal, by gathering and interpreting data
• Liaise with external and internal auditors in statutory and management audits
• Coordinate with all department/business units in analyzing actual figures booked on a monthly basis

Qualifications

• College Graduate- BS Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• With 3-5 years of supervisory experience in Audit/Finance or equivalent
• Strong proficiency/familiarity in corporate tax & accounting and all relevant GAAP, IFRS, BIR and SEC rules and regulations.
• Excellent team player, strong leadership and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• SAP Literate and Knowledgeable in MS Office esp. excel
