Key Responsibilities
- Ability to apply powder coating evenly and consistently
- Ability to recognize powder coating flaws
- Check for proper cure
- Compare color and texture to master chip
- Ability to determine bet methods of correction
- Perform system maintenance on all systems and support equipment
- Other duties as required
- Understand and follow basic safety systems and procedures
- Must be capable of computer use to view online documents and enter work
- Must read and follow ISO procedures
- Must be able to stand for prolonged period of time
- Must be able to read, write and follow directions
- Ability to lift 20lbs
- 2-3 years of experience with power coating preferred
- Work as a Team
- Make suggestions for improvement
- 1st Shift: Mon – Thu - 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM and Fri 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
