GCyber is hiring a Junior Network Administrator to support the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) Network Operations Center (NOC). With the CESO program, The Defense Information System Agency (DISA) is looking to transform the existing Secure Web Services (SWS) environment, which provides security information sharing to the community, into a more mature service offering to meet the DoD and intelligence communities.
As a Junior Network Administrator, You Will

• Monitor network and systems for anomalies and perform root cause analysis as required.
• Execute daily health checks to ensure network services are running as expected.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate status resolution activities
• Assist senior staff in the planning, coordinating, and implementation of network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

Minimum Qualifications And Experience

• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance and be eligible to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
• High School diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security , CySA , CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP)
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT business systems.
• Be able to follow TTP/SOPs to implement network changes.
• Knowledge and understanding of the following technologies:
• Experience in configuring CISCO switches and routers.
• Basic DHCP/IP Subnetting Concepts
• KG/Taclane experience
• Understand basic Firewall concepts
• Spanning tree Protocol
• 802.1x
• TCPDUMP/WireShark
• VLAN and VLAN Trunking configurations
• Network troubleshooting
• Prior experience with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners preferred
