Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 1 Location: RemoteBenefits:Full Time, Remote $53, 200 - $83,200 Medical & Dental PTO Duties/Responsibilities: Join our team dedicated to developing a transformative research knowledge reasoning platform leveraging state-of-the-art large language and vision models (LLMs). We're focused on revolutionizing data analysis and research insights, aiming to streamline complex text reasoning tasks into efficient and reliable processes. Key projects include enhancing the Human Insight Tracking System (HITS), a platform enabling Microsoft employees to share research insights, thereby eliminating redundancy and facilitating widespread knowledge dissemination. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with account managers on training initiatives, taxonomy requests, and team connectivity, ensuring seamless integration and impactful contributions across Microsoft. The Program Manager Non Tech 1:
Agile backlog grooming in Azure DevOps
Organize and lead key agile meetings such as sprint retrospectives, bug triage, and user acceptance testing
Helpdesk support and analysis / prioritization of customer issues / delegation to other team members
Feature specification and program management
Testing new builds
Team rhythm and scheduling
Preparing monthly business reviews with team's key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
Experience with agile, and grooming backlogs in bug and work tracking tools like Azure DevOps
Excel skills (using formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
Strong communication and people skills
Detail oriented, organized, and thorough
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle complex tasks effectively
Self motivated
Preferred Qualifications
Computer programming or computer science qualification or experience
Experience in product or program management leading feature specification through engineering lifecycle
Experience navigating and driving complex business, approvals, and compliance processes
