The Program Manager Non Tech 1:
- Agile backlog grooming in Azure DevOps
- Organize and lead key agile meetings such as sprint retrospectives, bug triage, and user acceptance testing
- Helpdesk support and analysis / prioritization of customer issues / delegation to other team members
- Feature specification and program management
- Testing new builds
- Team rhythm and scheduling
- Preparing monthly business reviews with team's key performance indicators
- Experience with agile, and grooming backlogs in bug and work tracking tools like Azure DevOps
- Excel skills (using formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and thorough
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle complex tasks effectively
- Self motivated
- Computer programming or computer science qualification or experience
- Experience in product or program management leading feature specification through engineering lifecycle
- Experience navigating and driving complex business, approvals, and compliance processes
