Non Profit Organization looking for someone to help put people to work. We help people coming from homelessness, incarceration, and rehabilitation transform their lives by giving them housing, jobs, and transportation to and from those jobs. All of the people entering our program are 100% sober and hungry for life!!! They just need a chance and we pride ourselves on giving them that chance.

THE IDEAL CANIDATE WOULD ALREADY HAVE CONNECTIONS OR RELATIONSHIPS WITH EMPLOYERS THAT ARE READY AND WILLING TO HIRE A TEMP AGENCY TO BRING IN AS MUCH LABOR AS THEY NEED. THE MORE INDESTRIES THE BETTER.

We can house over 100 people in the east valley. Our goal is to help people find jobs and careers when they are ready allowing them to level themselves up and earn a very good living.

This is an opportunity for someone that is very familiar with temporary staffing agencies with many contacts to put people to work. At any given time we have anywhere from 15 to 60 people looking for job placement.

This position will have flexible hours and will have a profit share allowing the right candidates to make as much money as their efforts allow. We would like to 5x the amount of people that live in our houses this year which will also increase the amount of people needing a job that turns into a career.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $130,748.18 per year
