GDC IT Solutions (GDC) is Hiring a SMB Sales Territory Manager Near Sheboygan, WI

Overview

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking an SMB Sales Territory Manager in the Sheboygan, WI area.

Position Overview:

This position is geared towards a confident sales professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships on the phone and in-person. This role offers a competitive compensation package with uncapped performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for prospecting and developing relationships with new and existing clients, chambers, community agencies and technology organizations to create and maintain mutually rewarding partnerships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Conduct sales presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for all client inquiries and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Responsible for cultivating long term partnerships and selling to business owners/executives
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline and forecast future business opportunities accurately.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • The candidate will be supported by a proven service delivery team, ensuring the success of long-term client relationships

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of sales experience or similar professional experience
  • Ability to manage accounts and grow key relationships
  • Must be willing to make cold-calls to develop qualified leads
  • Must be ambitious and driven by success and rewards
  • The ideal candidate will have a successful and proven track record of consistently delivering sales results in a business-to-business model, while possessing strong communication and relationship building skills
  • The ability to work independently with support from corporate headquarters and field locations is required
  • Must be willing to go into the office as needed.

Preferred Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • IT sales experience is a plus
