GDI Integrated Facilities Services is currently searching for an experienced District Manager to manage a territory in Arkansas and Mississippi . This team member will oversee the facilities janitorial management of approximately 7 locations and should be located in and around the Little Rock, AR area.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Ensure all labor, supply and equipment budget targets are met
• Train and develop all site personnel
• Conduct periodic quality audits in each account - note areas that need improvement and implement plans for effective solutions
• Conduct periodic face-to-face performance reviews to ensure all customer requirements are met on a consistent basis
• Conduct in-depth training of janitorial services and equipment training
• Ensure safety program implementation and compliance
• Ensure each location is fully trained and staffed
• Lead and manage all new account start up operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience preferably in multiple building/locations required
• Proven leadership and management experience within a building services environment
• Technical expertise in Microsoft and Google (excel/spreadsheets, word/doc, and drive)
• Familiarity with electronic timekeeping systems
• The ability to perform at the highest level with minimum supervision
• All candidates will be required to pass a drug screen and background check
