ROLE OVERVIEW:

Are you a go-getter with a knack for closing deals and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? As a Sales Account Executive at GDX Studios, you'll drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our footprint with existing ones. 

Our ideal candidate is ambitious and thrives on the excitement of uncapped and unlimited sales commissions. You are a team player who excels in bringing in new business and helping your clients grow. With a high sense of urgency and excellent time management skills, you can effectively navigate the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Your mission: to turn prospects into loyal customers and to help them experience the magic we create together.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales plans that drive growth and expand our customer base.

Prospecting: Actively source and qualify new sales prospects through networking, partnerships, and marketing programs.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and enhance relationships with key customers to unlock new opportunities.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead by monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to shape our product offerings and strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and production teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Leadership: Engage with industry groups and experts to position GDX Studios as a leader in experiential marketing.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SKILLS AND TRAITS:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored experiential marketing solutions.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.

Strategic thinking and big-picture decision-making.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with peers, project team members, and customers, embodying a 'we over me' mentality.

Flexibility to manage schedules and resources to meet client needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Prospecting and presenting our value proposition effectively.

Keen insight into competitor strategies and market trends, such as pain points and business processes.

Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-up.

Proficiency in new business development activities, including email outreach, social media, networking, and LinkedIn.

Proven track record of success in sales and achieving targets.

Highly motivated, energetic, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.

Ambitious, driven, persistent, and confident in your ability to achieve goals.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

 5 years of experience selling preferred.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.

Strong understanding of experiential marketing and a passion for creative advertising.

 Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills.

 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to be a great teammate, have fun, and uplift those around you.

EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE:

 BA/BS degree in Business, and/or IS, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related disciplines.
