Job Description Summary Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure consistent production line performance, including Service Shops. Influence operational strategies, projects, and programs within the functional area or affected business unit, with a focus on enhancing quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Play a pivotal role in setting priorities and contribute significantly to decision-making processes. - Manage an operation, business unit, or segment of a production facility to achieve defined targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with industry benchmarks and standards.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for salaried front-line leaders and hourly employees. Cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in best practices and quality standards within the discipline. Stay informed about the latest technical advancements in the field. Contribute to strategy and policy development while ensuring their implementation within the designated area of responsibility.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of best practices and the integration of departments. Stay informed about market competition and factors that distinguish them. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate decision-making processes. Act as a resource for colleagues, providing guidance and support while leading small-to-medium projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Communicate effectively, conveying complex information in a clear and persuasive manner. Foster consensus-building and develop persuasion skills to influence stakeholders on business matters within the field.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience
- Effective Communication: Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and concisely. Demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships and lead with influence.

- Technological Proficiency: Display proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and communication.
