* Bachelors degree in business, engineering or related field.

* 5 years of relevant experience within supply chain, program management, commodity management or in a related role involving negotiating, identifying opportunities, selecting suppliers and/or implementing contracts.

* Solid track record of project leadership and execute with significant and impactful results.

* Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues, to initiate actions, and to make effective decisions.

* Strong project management and execution skills.

* Professional oral/written communication.

* Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change with team members and at all levels of the organization.

* Demonstrated international supplier management.

* Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business or related field.

* 3 years of functional Sourcing experience, with purchasing experience specifically in Plastics.

* 3 years of experience in Injection Molding manufacturing or part development.

* Working knowledge of Sourcing Systems and processes.

* Plastic component New Product Introduction (NPI) experience gained while working in operations, research and development and/or manufacturing.

* Demonstrated Lean experience.

* Six Sigma certification or equivalent.

* Up to 20% travel required for domestic and/or international travel to affiliate sites and suppliers.

* Occasional teleconference attendance required outside of typical working hours.
