* 5 years of relevant experience within supply chain, program management, commodity management or in a related role involving negotiating, identifying opportunities, selecting suppliers and/or implementing contracts.

* Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business or related field.
* 3 years of functional Sourcing experience, with purchasing experience specifically in Plastics.
* 3 years of experience in Injection Molding manufacturing or part development.
* Working knowledge of Sourcing Systems and processes.
* Plastic component New Product Introduction (NPI) experience gained while working in operations, research and development and/or manufacturing.
* Demonstrated Lean experience.
* Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
* Up to 20% travel required for domestic and/or international travel to affiliate sites and suppliers.
* Occasional teleconference attendance required outside of typical working hours.
