Job Description / Responsibilities : Provides emergency / unscheduled repairs of equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment.

Provides technical support to customers including troubleshooting and problem resolution. Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines.

Provides training of customers’ operators and maintenance personnel. Complies with OSHA Safety and Health rules. Your Profile / Qualifications 5 years hands-on technical experience on electro-mechanical systems as applied to state-of-the-art industrial machinery.

Extrusion, drying experience is a plus. Strong electrical aptitude, including motors, AC & servo drives, electrical circuitry, PLC and PC based control systems.

Strong mechanical aptitude including power transmission systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Experienced troubleshooter on electro-mechanical systems.

Excellent communications skills - must be proficient in English, have strong listening skills and enjoy working with people.

Strong customer service orientation with do whatever it takes attitude. Able to multi-task and work under extreme pressure.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently. Excellent computer literacy including knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Able to travel extensively (up to 90%) including weekend trips and on short notice. Be able to read / understand blueprints, and mechanical drawings.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good eye-hand coordination, ability to bend, to lift 50-75 lbs potentially up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Understanding and use of job safety precautions (OSHA knowledge) particularly regarding 1.) lock out tag out, 2.) confined space, 3.
