About us
Gearhart by the Sea is a condominium rental agency that provides nightly rentals. We have 196 units on property that we manage and 80 of those are in the rental pool. We also have two swimming pools that we care for.
Our work environment includes:
- Main office
- Maintenance department
- Housekeeping department
- Individually owned condos
- Swimming pools
- Property grounds
The Maintenance Person will be responsible for being part of a team that maintain our company's grounds and units. The employee will be expected to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Walk property and pick up grounds.
- Go to units for repairs and delivery of products.
- Identify and report maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Confirm repairs are done as instructed.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed for proper billing of repairs.
- Perform general cleaning around the building.
- Any other tasks assigned from management
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
