Gebhart Counseling Solutions, LLC is Hiring a CHILD CASE MANAGER Near Preble, OH
As a member of our mental health team, the child case manager will serve youth and families in Preble County schools, homes, and community to assist in reducing mental health issues and increase youth success.
Responsibilities include
* skill teaching
* linking to resources
* collaborating with professionals
* monitoring youth progress
Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field required. License in social work or related field preferred. At least one year of experience in the social service field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.23 - $23.15 per hour
