Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager you will be held accountable for all service staff and guest relations of the restaurant. An extensive knowledge of fine wines and complimentary pairings by assessing affinity and nuances of each. Spectacular communication skills are needed, as well as an outgoing and unreserved personality. It will be essential to frequently visit tables and receive guest feedback. To be successful, it will be crucial to maintain an open line of communication between front and back of house personnel to ensure food and service excellence are consistently maintained.
