The NP is responsible for overseeing clinical services for identified patients, providing clinical supervision to the Institute support team, assisting with defining and attaining volume targets, and assisting the Director with the ongoing development and implementation of standard operating procedures for the Gedroic Medical Institute. Working hand in hand with the Director and Patient Care Coordination Team, the NP ensures consistent implementation of medical policies and procedures across the facility in compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation requirements and, ensures proper implementation of all Gedroic tools and techniques for assigned patients. 

Qualification Requirements

● Must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey.

● Strong commitment to advancing the goals of the GWI Model;

● Adheres to all facility guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures. Stays abreast of any changes, updates, or revisions that occur;

● Strong teaching and counseling skills; and

● Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.

● Must possess superior communication and organizational skills;

● Must be guest-service oriented;

● Must be flexible and yet set priorities
