Ron Tonkin KIA is rapidly growing and we are urgently hiring Service Lot Attendants to join our dealership. The Service Lot Attendant plays a major role in assisting the Service Department by providing world-class customer service and helping where needed. This position is best suited for those who would like to start a career in the automotive industry but haven’t had the opportunity to. The ideal candidate is willing to learn with a warm personality.

Service Lot Attendant Job Responsibilities

• Perform check-in inspections of vehicles on the service drive and park them in designated areas.
• Pull vehicles up and deliver to guests upon completion.
• Provide quality customer service to guests.
• Other duties as needed to help support the Service team.
• Maintain orderly appearance of vehicle displays.
• Clean and fuel vehicles for customer handover.
• Assist service advisors as necessary.
• Other duties as needed to help support the Sales team.

Qualifications

Service Lot Attendant Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Driver’s License

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing, THC not included in the screening.
