Used Car Technician/Foreman Responsibilities

• Efficiently diagnose and repair vehicles of all makes and models.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of used vehicles to meet dealership standards.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair timelines and issues.

Qualifications

Used Car Technician/Foreman Qualifications

• Proven experience working as an automotive technician, with proficiency in repairing all makes and models.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not included in the screening.
