Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (70%)
- Drive and manage the interview and selection process to identify and secure the best candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to provide tailored talent acquisition solutions.
- Conduct detailed intake sessions with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and set clear expectations for the hiring process.
- Leverage creative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Boolean searches, career fairs, and referral programs, to attract top talent.
- Ensure a diverse talent pool is sourced and presented for all roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify pipeline bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Lead or participate in special recruiting projects to enhance hiring practices.
HR and Payroll Functions (30%)
- Process biweekly or monthly payroll using ADP or similar payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives.
- Assist with employee relations issues, providing guidance to employees and managers as needed.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Contribute to additional HR-related projects and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment (sales recruitment experience preferred).
- Experience processing payroll, preferably using ADP or similar payroll systems.
- Proficiency with BambooHR and ATS platforms.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
